To give us time to explore the topic more fully, we are scheduling the activities over two days. 

On Friday evening, we will meet at Grace Lutheran Church, 111 Lutheran Drive, Eaton, OH 45320, from 6pm to 9pm. This time will be spent getting to know one another, introducing the topic, and completing the service project. Oh, and there will be food! 

Our 'Loving Well' service project addresses the needs of those persons we may never know or meet, but definitely need our love and support. NALC Disaster Response has recently added 'kitchen kits' to their list of needed items. To respond to that need, we will assemble kitchen kits Friday evening. Items needed to complete a kitchen kit are listed below.

You are welcome to bring single items or enough to construct a complete kit. We have been given 100 book bags to be used to contain the kits and plan to assemble as many kits as possible during our time together.

Kitchen Kits Packing List

(Pack kits in a 2-gallon plastic storage bag or drawstring backpack)

• cookbook
• dish cloths
• dish towel
• hot pad
• spatula
• measuring cups
• measuring spoons
• another helpful kitchen item of your choice (i.e. mini cutting board, peeler, tongs, etc.)
•  storage container
• garbage bags (a few, mixed sizes)

We will all rest in our own homes, then reconvene on Saturday at Tipp Center, 855 N. 3rd St, Tipp City, OH 45371, from 10am to 3pm.  In addition to our study, food, fun, and fellowship are on the agenda. For those wanting to carpool, we plan to meet at Grace, and leave at 9am for the venue. You may choose to come to both days or to either Friday or Saturday events.
